What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-In is available from 1pm – 11.30pm using our Self Check-In kiosk for all prepaid bookings.  Check-Out is 10am.  Please contact us in advance at info@kiwiholidaypark.co.nz for check-in or check-out, outside these hours. 

Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?

All online bookings will be charged in full at time of booking.  Group bookings can be paid by internet banking by arrangement.  50% deposit is required to confirm group bookings.  

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by credit card/debit cards, Mastercard or Visa. Bank transfer is available on request. 

Is there onsite parking available?

Yes we have FREE onsite parking next to your unit or tent site. Parking for extra vehicles is available on request.  Off road parking for work vehicles is available.

Is there heating in the accommodation units?

Yes we have heat pumps/air conditioners in some of our units. Heaters are in all other units.

Is there mobile phone coverage at Otorohanga Kiwi Holiday Park?

Yes we have very good phone coverage for all mobile phone connections.

Is there wifi throughout the Holiday Park?

Yes we have FREE unlimited Wifi throughout the Holiday Park.  You will be given the Wifi Password on check-in. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Any refunds relating to cancelled bookings will be less a $20 cancellation fee per unit/site. Payments are non refundable if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival. A NO show is considered a cancelled booking and NO refund will be given. No refund will be given for early departure due to weather conditions. Grace period of 5 hour free cancellation if the booking is made and cancelled within a 5 hour period. If you have booked through a third party (online travel agent) you must request to cancel through that third party. CREDIT CARD details kept on file - guests will incur a charge back for missing/damaged items or extra cleaning charges if unit are left in a manner considered beyond reasonable wear & tear. GROUP CANCELLATIONS: Deposits will be refunded 21 days prior to arrival less a $40 cancellation fee per unit/site.
