What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-In is available from 1pm – 11.30pm using our Self Check-In kiosk for all prepaid bookings.  Check-Out is 10am.  Please contact us in advance at info@kiwiholidaypark.co.nz for check-in or check-out outside these hours. 

Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?

All online bookings will be charged in full at time of booking. 

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by credit card/debit cards, Mastercard or Visa. Bank transfer is available on request. 

Is there onsite parking available?

Yes we have FREE onsite parking next to your unit or tent site. Parking for extra vehicles is available on request.  Off road parking for work vehicles is available.

Is there heating in the accommodation units?

Yes we have heat pumps/air conditioners in some of our units. Heaters are in all other units.

Is there mobile phone coverage at Otorohanga Kiwi Holiday Park?

Yes we have very good phone coverage for all mobile phone connections.

Is there wifi throughout the Holiday Park?

Yes we have FREE unlimited Wifi throughout the Holiday Park.  You will be given the Wifi Password on check-in. 

What is your cancellation policy?
